1、趋化作用:rh—bFGF作为趋化剂趋化多种炎性细胞、组织细胞与修复因子,向创面或伤口迁移,为创面杀菌以及后期修复创造重要和必需的条件。

2、增殖作用:①rh—bFGF直接作用于组织修复细胞上的生长因子受体,通过其促分裂效应加速细胞周期转变来加速创面修复;②rh—bFGF通过竞争性作用上调组织修复细胞上生长因子受体的活性,从而加快信号的传递。

3、重建作用:bFGF通过增加细胞内胶原蛋白、连接蛋白、透明质酸、羟脯氨酸、糖蛋白的合成,提高各种再生细胞间的连接强度和修复质量,减少和预防疤痕的形成。

目的:观察rh-bFGF对人体Ⅱ°烧伤创面及供皮区创面的修复作用、安全性及不良反应。

方法:采取双盲体对照、多中心、大样本设计,入选住院病人280例,对其中206例Ⅱ°烧伤创面和23例肉芽创面采取外用、隔天换药的方法,观察创面愈合率、完全愈合时间和不良反应。

实验结论

经配对t检验,浅Ⅱ°和深Ⅱ°创面,用药区和对照区的中期愈合率间均有显著性差异。通过以上280例烧伤病人的临床试用,未发现明显的毒副作用。

结论:本实验表明重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-bFGF)对烧伤创面的治疗具有显著疗效,是一种使用安全的生物制剂。
